The youngest of the four countries, standing in the southern part of the world. It is most notable for its

abundance of resources, extremely well-trained although small number of warriors, and its very unusual rule.

The Order of Alternis is what many call a "controlled anarchy", meaning that its government has very little

impact on the affairs of its people due to their cooperation amongst one another to live peacefully. It is also

noted to have a vast majority of the world's human population, despite it being much smaller than the other

nations. Its ruler, Aavistus Blackrein, often visits the communities of his people as a commoner

among them, having become widely known and well spoken of. But he is often referred to as a

"divine being" of sorts due to his great age while still appearing young and capable. They appear

to have some faith in Giratina, who lives at the World Abyss, however he plays a very small role

in their lifestyles and is only spoken of in times of necessity.
